🧾 Refund Policy
Raumera does not offer refunds for any tutoring or editing services. All payments are final.
If you are unsatisfied with a session or experience a technical issue, please contact us. We may offer alternative solutions or reschedule the session.
💳 Payment Terms
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- English tutoring sessions must be paid in full before the scheduled time.
- Editing services are custom quoted. You will receive a Stripe link to pay for your editing request after we view your document/presentation slides. After we receive your payment, we will deliver final edits back to you via email.
⏱️ Late Arrivals & No-Shows
- Students who arrive more than 20 minutes late to a session without prior notice are considered no-shows.
- No-shows and late arrivals will not receive a refund.
- If you miss a session, please reach out! We may reschedule as a courtesy, depending on availability.
📅 Rescheduling & Cancellations
- You may reschedule or cancel a session at least 24 hours in advance.
- All payments are final and non-refundable. If you need to cancel after paying, we won’t be able to issue a refund. However, you’re welcome to reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
- Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at Raumera’s discretion.
🧑💻 Service Delivery
- All tutoring sessions are conducted online via Google Meet.
- Editing services are delivered via email.
- You are responsible for attending your session on time and reviewing any edited documents carefully. You may reach out to us with follow-up questions or clarifications if necessary.
⚠️ Limitations of Service
- English tutoring and editing is supplemental support for students and does not guarantee specific academic outcomes.
- While Raumera is committed to helping you succeed, we cannot guarantee specific final grades or outcomes. Your progress depends on your effort, consistency, and engagement.
✍️ Editing Policies
- Human-Only Editing: We do not use AI tools to edit, rewrite, or rephrase your academic or professional writing. All editing is done manually to preserve your original voice and prevent AI detection flags.
- No Ghostwriting: We do not write essays or assignments on your behalf. Raumera provides editing and feedback only — you are responsible for your final content.
- Academic Integrity: By using our services, you agree not to submit edited content in violation of your institution’s academic honesty policy. Raumera is not liable for disciplinary action resulting from client misuse.
- Editing Services are not refundable.
- Revisions: One round of follow-up questions or clarifications is included when receiving your edited document back. Additional feedback or rounds of edits may incur an extra fee.
📚 Respectful Conduct
Raumera has a zero-tolerance policy for:
- Disrespectful behavior
- Inappropriate language and/or behavior
- Misuse of services
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services to clients who violate these guidelines. No refunds are given for disrespectful conduct.
🔐 Privacy & Confidentiality
All client information, session content, and submitted materials are kept confidential. We do not share personal information with third parties.
📌 Modifications to Terms and Pricing
Raumera reserves the right to modify these terms, service structures, and pricing at any time, with or without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on this website. We may adjust our tutoring and/or editing pricing rates and policies in response to market conditions, operational needs, or other relevant factors. By continuing to use our services after changes are posted, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
